This notice applies to all participants of NeXT Seoul 2026, including individuals residing outside the Republic of Korea. ​
Personal information collected in connection with the event will be processed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea.​

Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information​

The NeXT Seoul 2026 Secretariat collects and uses personal information as set out below to facilitate the smooth operation of NeXT Seoul 2026.​

  • Data Controller: NeXT Seoul 2026 Secretariat​
  • Purpose of Collection and Use: Processing event participation applications, reviewing and notifying applicants of their participation status, ​participant management, event operations, provision of event-related information​
  • Personal Information Collected and Used: Name, organization, department, Job title, mobile number, email address, and other relevant information​
  • Retention and Use Period: Until one year after the conclusion of the event​
  • Right to Refuse Consent: You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal information. However, your participation application may be restricted if you do not consent to the collection of essential personal information.​​

Notice of Entrustment of Personal Information Processing​

To ensure the efficient operation of the event, the NeXT Seoul 2026 Secretariat may entrust certain personal information processing activities to qualified external service providers.​​

  • Entrusted Activities: Entry of participant information into the event database system, participant registration management, name badge production and​ printing, on-site registration and access management, and the provision of event-related information​​
  • Entrusted Service Providers: Event management agencies, registration and name badge system operators, and other professional service providers​ engaged in event operations​​
  • Personal Information Processed: Name, organization, department, job title, mobile number, email address, and other relevant information​
  • Retention and Use Period: Until one year after the conclusion of the event​​

Participation in NeXT Seoul 2026 is subject to the Secretariat’s review of each applicant’s suitability for investment and business collaboration discussions. Registration will be confirmed only upon final approval by the Secretariat.​
The personal information you provide will be used solely for event operations and participant management and will be securely handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations upon completion of the relevant procedures.​

The distance is approximately 57km and it takes about 55 minutes. The fee is 50,000 ~ 55,000 won.

By Car

It is located in the center of Seoul and it takes about 55 minutes from Incheon International Airport (ICN).​​

Gimpo International Airport (GMP)​

By Subway

Gimpo Airport Station (Line No. 9) → Transfer Noryangjin (Line No. 9 to Line No. 1) ​ → Yongsan Station (Line No. 1) Gate 3 → 3-minute walk.

By Shuttle

At the Gimpo International Airport, take the bus No. 605 and get off at Sinyongsan Station. It is located about 10 minutes walking distance.

By Taxi

The distance is approximately 24km and it takes about 43 minutes.​ The fee is 21,000 ~ 26,000 won.

By Car

It is located in the center of Seoul and it takes about 55 minutes from Gimpo​ International Airport (GMP​).​​​​​
